Meeting of Coordinating Board of “BMC” Holding on the basis of OJSC “Rechitsa Hardware Plant”
On October, 26 on the basis of OJSC “Rechitsa hardware plant” a meeting of Coordinating Board of the participants of “Belarusian Metallurgical Company” holding was held. The Board included a representative of the Ministry of Industry - a member of the Supervisory Board of BSW and heads of 12 enterprises that form the key performance indicators of the holding (among them - 9 industrial enterprises). In total, 22 people took part in the work of the Coordinating Board.
The meeting summed up results of the work for 9 months in key directions of enterprise development: financial and economic activities, export diversification, settlements between the participants of “BMC” holding and enterprises of the Ministry of Industry, innovation and investment activities, as well as implementation of import substitution program.
Necessity of unconditional fulfillment of all established indicators of enterprise development was noted. Goals have been outlined and tasks have been set for unconditional fulfillment of the holding's forecast indicators in the fourth quarter of 2022. At the end of the year, personal assessment will be given to the work of each head of the company - a member of “BMC” holding.
Attention of managers was focused on the need to finalize in the near future and subsequently justify business plans for development of enterprises for 2023, taking into account the forecast indicators brought by the Ministry of Industry. Special attention should be focused on the areas of work listed below:
– export diversification
– attracting investments in fixed assets
– implementation of import substitution program.
Meetings of the “BMC” Coordination Board to summarize the results of the quarter and make decisions in enlarged meeting will henceforth be held on the basis of the holding's industrial enterprises.
According to preliminary data, by the end of 2022, there will be no unprofitable industrial enterprises in “BMC” holding – all participants will gain profit.
