The best suppliers of 2011 announced at BSW
The 2nd International conference of suppliers took place at Byelorussian Steel Works on April 4-5. This year the number of participants increased considerably: if about 90 business partners
took part in 2011, then this spring 130 participants from 14 countries worldwide. Summarizing the results of 2011, 19 of them have been awarded as 'The best supplier’.
The domestic suppliers as well as companies from Russia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Germany, Cyprus, Slovakia, Lithuania, Serbia, Latvia, Italy, Austria, Finland and China showed their interest to take part in the conference. General director of OJSC 'BSW’ A.N.Savenok addressed the participants in the conference with words of welcome. He reported on production achievements of the enterprise, investment development program which ultimate target is production of 3 mln tons of steel per year. He noted as well that successful plant operation is currently provided by more than 500 suppliers; stable and trustful relationships are established with them.
The emphasis in cooperation was placed on explanation of the approval procedure for materials and goods which is effective at the enterprise. Deputy general director for technology and quality E.A.Peretyagina acquainted the attendees with it.
It should be noted that only those companies can be in the list of BSW suppliers who are able to ensure top quality of their materials and goods. Those companies which did not violate delivery contract terms and those with no quality remarks concerning the products delivered in 2011 were awarded as 'The best supplier’. Cherished award was given to «Trade House BMZ» (St. Petersburg), LLC «Tehprominvest», «Tokai ERFTCARBON GmbH», «Danieli & Officine Meccaniche SpA», Branch «Atlant» — Baranovichski machine building plant, private open joint-stock company «NPP Tehmet», «Chemikalien-Gesellschaft Hans Lungmuss m.b.h.&CO.KG», LLC «Keralit», «Cablo Metall-Recycling & Handel GmbH», «Lubrimetal S.p.a.», UAB «Ekobana», T.L.Industrial supplies srl, SIA «Teka telekom», LLC «Dimet-М», LLC «Innovation enterprise «Alternativa», RUE «GZ SITO», «Bakko Instrument», «KONHLE», LLC «SoftLineBel».
