Audit of «TUV NORD Systems» (Germany)
Within period from 16.01.2012 to 20.01.2012 the representatives of certification authority «TUV NORD Systems» (Germany) carried out the following production audits:
- re-certification audit of seamless pipes production for compliance with the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC and AD 2000 Merkblatt W0, W13 with scope of application DIN EN 10216-1,2,3,4/ DIN 1629, DIN EN 10208-1,2; Directive (CPD) 89/106/EEC with scope of application DIN EN 10025-2:2005 and Annexes À and  DIN EN 10210-1:2006; DIN EN 10297-1:2003; DIN EN 10255:2007;
- inspection audit of steel fiber production for compliance with the requirements of Directive (CPD) 89/106/EEC with scope of application DIN EN 14889-1.
The following plants and department were inspected during the audit: Rolling Mill-850, Pipe Rolling Mill, Wire Plant No.3 (steel fiber). The auditors were present at the following technological tests of tubes: tensile test, impact strength test, flattening test. The auditors became familiar with technological normative documents of plant. Any non-compliances have not been found.
Certificate of TUV-NORD N 0045-CPD-1011 for steel bars and seamless hollow sections, hot rolled, from structural steels with strength level S235 up to S355 according to DIN EN 10025-2:2005 and annex A and Б of DIN EN 10210-1:2006 and Directives (CPD) 89/106/EC and 93/68/EC for the right to apply CE-mark on seamless pipes grade S460NH ( ø 60,3-168,3mm,wall thickness 4,5mm) was extended.
